At Kato Iron Works Co., Ltd., we perform "knurling and cutting processing." Due to the nature of cutting, we can adjust to various shapes, sizes, and angles. An example of our achievements includes Φ400×2500L, knurling angle of 70°, and trapezoidal groove with a pitch of 1.5mm. The machine used is the DL75 with C-axis control from Dainichi Metal Industry Co., Ltd.
